1. What these terms cover

1.1. These terms apply to purchases of paid access to FLYWEE (the "Service"), a plugin and online service for the X-Plane 11 and 12 flight simulators, offered at https://flywee.net, when the purchase is paid from outside the Russian Federation through the international payment page.

1.2. Paying for a plan means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not pay.

1.3. The general rules of using the Service are in the Terms of Use at https://flywee.net/en/terms, and personal data is handled as described at https://flywee.net/en/privacy. Both are part of these terms.

2. What you buy

2.1. You buy access to the paid features of the Service for the plan you choose. The plugin itself is free for everyone; a paid plan unlocks hosting flights and the other features listed on the pricing page at https://flywee.net/en/pricing.

2.2. The Service is provided online, through your account at flywee.net and the plugin. Nothing physical is delivered.

2.3. X-Plane and add-on aircraft are other companies' products and are not part of the purchase.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and on the checkout page before you pay.

3.2. Payment is made by bank card on the payment page of Tribute (TRBT Limited, Republic of Cyprus), which accepts payments for us as our payment agent. The card is charged in the currency shown on that page.

3.3. We do not receive or store your card details.

3.4. Each payment is a one-off payment. Nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged without you paying again. We remind you by e-mail three days and one day before your paid period ends.

3.5. If you pay for the next period before the current one ends, the new period starts the day after the current one ends.

3.6. The trial is available once per account and only to an account that has never paid.

4. Access

4.1. Access is switched on automatically once Tribute confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes.

4.2. A payment that failed or was not completed does not switch access on. If you paid and access did not start within 24 hours, write to support@flywee.net with your account e-mail and the payment details.

4.3. The paid period runs from the moment access is switched on, for the length of the plan you bought. Lifetime access lasts as long as the Service operates.

5. No refunds

5.1. All payments are final. Paid access is not refunded, in full or in part, including for unused time, for lifetime access and for the trial.

5.2. If a payment is disputed with your bank (a chargeback), the access paid for by it is suspended while the dispute lasts and switched off if the payment is reversed.

5.3. If your card was charged but your order shows as unpaid, write to support@flywee.net with the payment details and we will sort it out with Tribute.

5.4. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

6. Responsibility

6.1. The Service is for flight simulation only and must not be used for real navigation or flight training.

6.2. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.

6.3. Problems caused by your computer, your internet connection, your version of X-Plane or third-party aircraft are not faults of the Service.

7. Changes and contact

7.1. We may change these terms by publishing a new edition on this page. A change never affects a period already paid for.
