You get the FLYWEE plugin for X-Plane 12 and an account to manage it. The plugin runs on your own computers; we do not supply X-Plane and are not responsible for how your copy of it behaves.

Prices are listed on the pricing page. Premium renews until you cancel it; Lifetime is a single payment. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the period you have paid for running to its end.

Within 14 days of payment we refund in full if the plugin did not work for you and support could not fix it. Send the request from the address the account is registered to.

An add-on for a flight simulator is not a critical system. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid, and we are not answerable for a flight that did not go as planned.
