Terms of use
Edition of 27 October 2026
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the FLYWEE project (https://flywee.net) (the "Administration") and the individual who uses the FLYWEE service (the "User").
1.2. The FLYWEE service (the "Service") is a software and hardware system that lets several users control one aircraft together in the X-Plane 11 and X-Plane 12 flight simulators. The Service includes the site https://flywee.net, the User's account, the plugin for the simulator and the data transfer servers.
1.3. The plugin is a computer program that the User installs into the flight simulator and that exchanges cockpit data between the participants of a joint flight.
1.4. These Terms are a contract of adhesion. Registering with the Service means full and unconditional acceptance of its terms. A User who does not agree with them may not use the Service.
1.5. The terms of paid plans are set by the terms of sale at https://flywee.net/en/offer. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy at https://flywee.net/en/privacy. These documents are an integral part of these Terms.
1.6. The Service is not a flight training device, a means of flight training, a navigation system or any other equipment used in real aviation. The Service is intended solely for entertainment, together with a computer simulator.
2. Status of the Service
2.1. The Service is in closed beta testing. Access is given gradually; some functions may be unavailable, changed or switched off.
2.2. The Administration informs the User of possible interruptions, errors and changes of functionality connected with the testing stage. This notice does not release the Administration from providing paid services of proper quality and does not limit the User's rights under the law that applies to them.
3. Registration and account
3.1. To use the Service, the User creates an account by giving an e-mail address and a password. The User may give a game nickname.
3.2. The User undertakes to give accurate data and keep it up to date. The e-mail address is used to sign in to the account and to send notices, payment documents and answers to requests.
3.3. The User keeps the password safe. All actions taken with the account are deemed to be taken by the User unless proven otherwise.
3.4. If the User discovers unauthorised access to the account, the User reports it to support@flywee.net at once.
3.5. Passing the account to third parties, and selling, exchanging or lending it, is not allowed.
3.6. Registration is open to persons aged fourteen and over. Persons aged fourteen to eighteen buy paid plans with the consent of their legal representatives, except where they may dispose of their own income themselves.
3.7. The User may delete the account at any time by writing to support@flywee.net from the e-mail address given at registration.
4. Rights to the plugin
4.1. The exclusive rights to the Service, the plugin, the site, their elements, design and program code belong to the Administration.
4.2. The Administration grants the User a simple (non-exclusive), free licence to use the plugin in all countries of the world for as long as the User uses the Service - solely by installing and running the plugin in a flight simulator on the User's devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4.3. The User may not modify, decompile or disassemble the plugin, study how it works inside other than in the cases expressly allowed by law, or distribute, rent or pass it to third parties.
4.4. Buying a paid plan does not widen the licence granted and does not transfer exclusive rights to the User.
4.5. The X-Plane simulator, aircraft models and other software of third-party right holders are not part of the Service and are acquired by the User separately.
5. Use of the Service
5.1. The User uses the Service in the ways its functionality provides.
5.2. The User may not:
5.2.1. interfere with the work of the Service, its servers and software, including by creating excessive load, using automated means of mass access to the Service, or attempting unauthorised access;
5.2.2. get around the limits of plans, use vulnerabilities of the Service, or create several accounts to get the trial or other one-time benefits again;
5.2.3. use the Service to spread information prohibited by law, or to insult, threaten or harass other users;
5.2.4. use as a nickname words and expressions that break the law, the rights of third parties or public morals, or that mislead others into thinking the account belongs to the Administration;
5.2.5. use the Service for commercial purposes, including paid training of third parties, without the written consent of the Administration.
5.3. The User is responsible for their own equipment, operating system, flight simulator and Internet connection working.
6. Bonuses
6.1. The Administration may credit the User with bonuses - internal accounting units of the Service credited for the actions the Service provides for.
6.2. Bonuses are not money, electronic money, digital currency or any other means of payment. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn or passed to other users.
6.3. The terms on which bonuses are credited and used, including the number of bonuses needed to get the functions of a paid plan, are set by the Administration and published on the Site.
6.4. The Administration may change the terms of the bonus programme or end it by publishing a notice on the Site at least thirty calendar days in advance. Bonuses credited before the programme ends may be used during that period.
6.5. Bonuses are cancelled when the account is deleted.
7. Suspension and blocking
7.1. The Administration may limit or suspend the User's access to the Service if clause 5.2 of these Terms is broken, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect actions that threaten the work or security of the Service.
7.2. The Administration informs the User of the limitation and its reasons at the account's e-mail address, unless the notice would prevent stopping the violation.
7.3. The User may dispute the limitation by writing to support@flywee.net. The request is considered within ten working days.
7.4. If access was limited without a violation by the User, the paid plan is extended by the period of the limitation.
7.5. An account not used for more than twenty-four months in a row may be deleted by the Administration after a notice sent to its e-mail address at least thirty days in advance. Accounts with a paid plan in force are not deleted.
8. Responsibility
8.1. The Administration keeps the Service working and provides support at support@flywee.net.
8.2. The Administration is not responsible for the work of the flight simulator, aircraft models and other third-party software, for the User's equipment or for the quality of the User's Internet connection.
8.3. The Administration is not responsible for the actions of other users, including what they say and their ending a joint flight.
8.4. The Administration's responsibility to the User for paid plans is limited to the amount the User paid for the current paid period, unless the law that applies provides otherwise. This limit does not apply to harm to the User's life, health or property, or in other cases where the law does not allow limiting responsibility.
8.5. The User is responsible for breaking these Terms in accordance with the law.
9. Changes and term
9.1. The Administration may change these Terms. A new edition comes into force when published on the Site, unless a later date is given in it.
9.2. Changes that worsen the terms of a paid plan do not apply to the current paid period.
9.3. The Administration informs the User of significant changes at the account's e-mail address or by a message in the account at least ten calendar days before they come into force.
9.4. Continuing to use the Service after the changes come into force means agreeing to the new edition. A User who does not agree may stop using the Service and delete the account.
9.5. These Terms are in force from registration until the account is deleted.
10. Disputes
10.1. Disputes are settled by negotiation. Requests are sent to support@flywee.net and considered within ten working days.
10.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled in court in accordance with the law that applies.
